Overview

Our home is beautifully and uniquely designed with comfort in mind. We sit DIRECTLY across the street from Churchill Downs and just minutes walking distance from University of Louisville's Baseball and Football stadiums. Comfortably sleeps 7 but can sleep up to 9 people if you like. Once you open that front door, you are embraced with its modern, open floor plan flare and its stunning electric fireplace. Before you enter into the bedroom areas, you are met with a designated workspace area off to the side of the kitchen just in case you need to bring work along on your trip. Throughout the house you will find many tamper-resistant wall outlets to keep your little one's safe with some that include USB-A & USB-C charging ports for your convenience. All bedrooms have their own closets and blackout curtains, as well as ceiling fans, to help you sleep soundly throughout the night.

LIVING ROOM

Equipped with an additional pull-out Queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. Additional linen and blankets for the sleeper sofa can be found in a stow away bag on a shelf in the laundry room. 70-inch Smart Tv with YouTube TV subscription already installed for your use, along with any other additional streaming apps for entertainment.

DINING ROOM

Has enough seating for 6 people (4 upholstered chars and a bench) with an additional 4 chair seating at the kitchen island.

KITCHEN

Fully stocked with all of your needs such as dishes, silverware, pots/pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, hand held mixer, glasses, cups, wine glasses, storage containers, serving dishes, oven mitts, pot holders and more. Whether it's cleaning supplies under the sink or a bourbon glass in the cabinet, the kitchen unveils more behind every door. Equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, stocked in a drawer below it is caffeinated & decaffeinated coffee, various creamer choices, sugar, sweet-n-low, stevia, equal, and various tea bags. Dishwasher & dish detergent are also provided, with dish towels, salt & pepper shakers, and cleaning sponge.

PRIMARY BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATH

Provides a Queen sized, medium firm, gel memory foam mattress with 4 pillows and brushed microfiber polyester sheets to cool during summers and warm during winters. Closet comes with luggage rack, 10 hangers, a small safe, terry cloth robes, and disposable slippers. Dresser, nightstands with an alarm clock radio, and a 50-inch Roku TV round out this room.

EN SUITE BATH

Stocked with plenty of towels, wash cloths, hand towels, and makeup towels. Hand soap, shower gel, lotion, vanity kit, with 2-in-1 hair shampoo and conditioner are also provided with each stay.

SECONDARY BEDROOM

Provides more versatility to your stay. Whether you need one, two, or even 3 more additional beds, this room offers the comfort in knowing you have 2 Full sized beds with an additional Twin pull out trundle. All mattresses are medium firm, gel memory foam mattresses with 4 pillows and brushed microfiber polyester sheets. Additional pillows for the Twin trundle can be found in a stow away bag in the bedroom closet along with a luggage rack, 10 hangers, iron, and ironing board. Plenty of storage space provided with drawers on the side of the Full-sized bunk beds as well as stand alone dresser. A 50-inch Roku Tv, alarm clock radio, and table light completes this room with comfort.

HALLWAY BATH

Stocked with plenty of towels, wash cloths, hand towels, makeup towels, and hair dryer. Hand soap, shower gel, lotion, vanity kit, with 2-in-1 hair shampoo and conditioner are also provided with each stay. 

LAUNDRY ROOM

Holds a stackable washer and dryer with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. You also will find additional linen for the Livingroom sleeper sofa as well as mop, broom, dust broom, and Swiffer mop. 

BACK MUDROOM

Is there if you need it. Feel free to sit and kick off your shoes if you like and store them below the wall tree or hang your coat, shirt, or hat.

BACK DECK

Provides the privacy and sanctuary you desire with a covered back deck porch, 4 rocking chairs, a fire pit, and an outdoor table with additional 4 chairs. Feel free to utilize the charcoal grill and fire pit as well as a quick photo shoot with our “Talk Derby to Me” neon sign. The dusk till dawn string lights will illuminate the backyard all night automatically but if you prefer to turn them off, there is a remote to do so.
