Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy for Long-Term stays: To receive a full refund including taxes, guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable. If fewer than 30 nights remain on the reservation, a pro-rated refund of taxes will be issued, and remaining nights are non-refundable.
